- promoting the formation and development of the institution of private enforcement of court and other decisions, founded on high moral and ethical principles;
- participating in building a high legal culture among private enforcement officers, members of the legal professions and the public;
- uniting persons interested in the creation, development and promotion of the institution of private enforcement of court and other decisions;
- fostering professional relationships with representatives of the legal professions, private enforcement officers, public figures, and national and international bodies, institutions and organisations;
- enhancing the professional, public and academic activity, role and standing of private enforcement officers and other Members of the Bureau, and creating the conditions for their self-improvement and self-realisation;
- helping to create conditions that raise the prestige of private enforcement officers and improving the quality of the legal assistance they provide;
- holding and taking part in events dedicated to current issues of enforcement proceedings;
- engaging young people, specialists and public figures in the Organisation’s activities;
- supporting Members of the Bureau in their professional work in line with the goals and objectives of the Organisation.
The Members of the Bureau are lawyers — professionals in enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy, commercial and corporate disputes, experts in handling distressed assets, and others.
